中國首座潮光互補(bǔ)型智能光伏電站——國家能源集團(tuán)龍?jiān)凑憬瓬貛X潮光互補(bǔ)型智能光伏電站5月30日實(shí)現(xiàn)全容量并網(wǎng)發(fā)電，標(biāo)志著中國在海洋能源綜合利用、新能源立體式開發(fā)建設(shè)等方面取得新成效。據(jù)了解，該電站總裝機(jī)容量100兆瓦。

China's first intelligent power plant utilizing solar and tidal power to generate electricity was connected to the power grid on Monday. The full operation of the power plant in East China's Zhejiang province marks the country's new achievements in the utilization of marine energy resources and the development and construction of its new-energy network. Located in the city of Wenling, the power plant has an installed capacity of 100 megawatts.

【知識(shí)點(diǎn)】

浙江溫嶺潮光互補(bǔ)型智能光伏電站是我國首個(gè)，也是目前唯一一個(gè)潮光互補(bǔ)智能光伏電站，總裝機(jī)容量100兆瓦，設(shè)計(jì)布置24個(gè)發(fā)電單元，合計(jì)安裝18.5萬余塊高效單晶硅雙面組件。該電站與我國第一大潮汐發(fā)電站——龍?jiān)措娏貛X江廈潮汐試驗(yàn)電站互補(bǔ)，綜合利用太陽能與潮汐能，形成“日月同輝齊發(fā)力、水上水下齊發(fā)電”的場(chǎng)景。

該電站同步配套建設(shè)安裝5兆瓦時(shí)儲(chǔ)能設(shè)備，是浙江省首個(gè)實(shí)現(xiàn)“光伏+儲(chǔ)能”聯(lián)合一次調(diào)頻控制技術(shù)的新能源電站。電站利用儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)能量的充放電置換，以及毫秒級(jí)的功率快速響應(yīng)特征，使其從“適應(yīng)電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行”有效轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤爸坞娋W(wǎng)運(yùn)行”，為后續(xù)新能源場(chǎng)站的開發(fā)建設(shè)和局部電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行提供示范和參考。據(jù)測(cè)算，浙江溫嶺潮光互補(bǔ)型智能光伏電站投產(chǎn)后，與相同發(fā)電量的火電相比，每年可節(jié)約標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤31654噸，每年減少二氧化碳排放84479噸，推動(dòng)地方優(yōu)化能源結(jié)構(gòu)、綠色低碳發(fā)展，助力國家實(shí)現(xiàn)碳達(dá)峰、碳中和目標(biāo)。

【重要講話】

實(shí)現(xiàn)碳達(dá)峰碳中和是中國高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求，也是中國對(duì)國際社會(huì)的莊嚴(yán)承諾。中國將踐信守諾、堅(jiān)定推進(jìn)，已發(fā)布《2030年前碳達(dá)峰行動(dòng)方案》，還將陸續(xù)發(fā)布能源、工業(yè)、建筑等領(lǐng)域具體實(shí)施方案。中國已建成全球規(guī)模最大的碳市場(chǎng)和清潔發(fā)電體系，可再生能源裝機(jī)容量超10億千瓦，1億千瓦大型風(fēng)電光伏基地已有序開工建設(shè)。Achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality are the intrinsic requirements of China's own high-quality development and a solemn pledge to the international community. China will honor its word and keep working toward its goal. We have unveiled an Action Plan for Carbon Dioxide Peaking Before 2030, to be followed by implementation plans for specific sectors such as energy, industry and construction. China now has the world's biggest carbon market and biggest clean power generation system: the installed capacity of renewable energy has exceeded one billion kilowatts, and the construction of wind and photovoltaic power stations with a total installed capacity of 100 million kilowatts is well under way.
