文化和旅游部等九部門(mén)日前聯(lián)合印發(fā)《關(guān)于推進(jìn)旅游公共服務(wù)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)”）。指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)提出，利用3到5年時(shí)間，基本建成結(jié)構(gòu)完備、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)健全、運(yùn)行順暢、優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的旅游公共服務(wù)體系。

The next three to five years will see China basically establish an efficient tourism public service system featuring a complete structure, sound standards, smooth operation, and high quality, according to a guideline jointly issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and eight other departments on improving tourism public services.

指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)明確，優(yōu)化線下旅游服務(wù)中心布局，加強(qiáng)線上旅游公共信息服務(wù)，加強(qiáng)旅游公共信息服務(wù)資源整合；加強(qiáng)旅游交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，提升旅游交通公共服務(wù)設(shè)施建設(shè)和管理水平，優(yōu)化旅游交通運(yùn)輸服務(wù)；加強(qiáng)旅游應(yīng)急救援機(jī)制建設(shè)，優(yōu)化旅游應(yīng)急救援設(shè)施設(shè)備布局，增強(qiáng)旅游應(yīng)急救援的社會(huì)參與；開(kāi)展形式多樣的旅游惠民便民活動(dòng)，推動(dòng)旅游惠民便民設(shè)施建設(shè)改造，提升入境旅游公共服務(wù)水平；促進(jìn)文化和旅游公共服務(wù)設(shè)施功能融合，豐富旅游場(chǎng)所公共文化服務(wù)內(nèi)容，增強(qiáng)公共文化場(chǎng)所旅游吸引力。

On the new journey of the new era, tourism development is facing new opportunities and challenges. To improve the modern tourism industry and speed up building China into a leading tourism nation, it is a must, under the guidance of the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, to fully and faithfully implement the new development philosophy on all fronts, uphold fundamental principles and break new ground, enhance quality and efficiency, pursue integrated development, and coordinate the government and the market, supply and demand, protection and development, domestic and international markets as well as development and security. Only in this way will tourism better contribute to meeting people's growing needs for a better life, economic development, the building of a spiritual home, the showcasing of China's image, and mutual learning among civilizations.
