中國深海重載作業(yè)采礦車海試水深突破4000米，標(biāo)志著中國深海礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)取得重大突破。由上海交通大學(xué)自主研制的深海重載作業(yè)采礦車工程樣機(jī)“開拓二號”成功完成海試。“開拓二號”連續(xù)完成5次著底采礦，實(shí)現(xiàn)深海重載作業(yè)采礦車海試水深首次突破4000米，最深達(dá)4102.8米。

China's deep-sea heavy-duty mining vehicle has completed a sea trial at a depth exceeding 4,000 meters, marking a significant breakthrough in the country's deep-sea mineral resource development technology. The trial was conducted by "Pioneer II", an engineering prototype developed independently by Shanghai Jiao Tong University. "Pioneer II" completed five diving and seabed mining operations, including a record-breaking dive to 4,102.8 meters, marking the first time a Chinese deep-sea heavy-duty mining vehicle conducted trial operations at depths exceeding 4,000 meters.

“開拓二號”是上海交通大學(xué)自主研制的深海重載作業(yè)采礦車工程樣機(jī)。2021年，上海交通大學(xué)海洋工程團(tuán)隊(duì)研制的深海重載作業(yè)采礦車“開拓一號”，搭載于“向陽紅03”號科考船，在我國南海西沙海域成功完成了1300米深海試驗(yàn)。

新一代深海重載作業(yè)采礦車“開拓二號”，主要由深海采礦車主體、大承載光電復(fù)合臍帶纜和重載布放回收絞車等多型裝備組成，長6.0米，寬3.0米，高2.5米，重量約14.0噸，設(shè)計(jì)作業(yè)水深6000米，具備深海多金屬結(jié)殼、多金屬結(jié)核與深海硫化物等多類型礦產(chǎn)綜合開采能力，技術(shù)性能達(dá)到國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先、國際一流水平。
