國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥管理局表示，我國(guó)將用3至5年時(shí)間推動(dòng)大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能等數(shù)字技術(shù)逐步融入中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展，促進(jìn)中醫(yī)藥數(shù)據(jù)的共享，全力打造“數(shù)智中醫(yī)藥”。

China will promote the integration of digital technologies into the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) during the next three to five years. Technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence can facilitate the sharing of TCM data and help build "digital and smart TCM", said the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (NATCM).

新興數(shù)字技術(shù)能夠?yàn)橹嗅t(yī)藥現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展提供有力支撐。國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥管理局和國(guó)家數(shù)據(jù)局近日聯(lián)合印發(fā)《關(guān)于促進(jìn)數(shù)字中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展的若干意見》，提出20個(gè)方面的具體舉措。

在數(shù)字化輔助中醫(yī)服務(wù)能力提升方面，文件提出，“鼓勵(lì)中醫(yī)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)流程數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型，打造集預(yù)防、治療、康復(fù)、個(gè)人健康管理于一體的數(shù)字中醫(yī)藥服務(wù)模式”，“鼓勵(lì)研發(fā)具有中醫(yī)藥特色的智能電子病歷、智能預(yù)診隨訪等系統(tǒng)，提升中醫(yī)藥數(shù)據(jù)智能化采集能力”。

數(shù)字技術(shù)的應(yīng)用也讓就醫(yī)更加便捷。文件提出“推進(jìn)中醫(yī)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)電子病歷數(shù)據(jù)互聯(lián)互通”“促進(jìn)檢查檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果互認(rèn)共享”等舉措，并鼓勵(lì)建設(shè)具有示范性的智能化中藥房、區(qū)域智慧共享中藥房，提供云煎藥服務(wù)，為群眾提供方便快捷精準(zhǔn)的中醫(yī)藥服務(wù)。

針灸機(jī)器人、“中醫(yī)CT”人體數(shù)字畫像系統(tǒng)……數(shù)字技術(shù)已在中醫(yī)藥健康管理領(lǐng)域“初顯身手”。文件提出，鼓勵(lì)利用大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能等新興數(shù)字技術(shù)研發(fā)中醫(yī)健康監(jiān)測(cè)設(shè)備和治未病健康管理平臺(tái)，通過中醫(yī)體質(zhì)等中醫(yī)數(shù)據(jù)采集記錄，整合體檢、疾控等數(shù)據(jù)，開展主動(dòng)健康管理、個(gè)人健康畫像、人工智能+醫(yī)療健康應(yīng)用、重點(diǎn)人群健康保障、衛(wèi)生健康決策支持系統(tǒng)建設(shè)與數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用示范研究。

此外，文件還針對(duì)數(shù)字化賦能中醫(yī)藥人才培養(yǎng)、科技創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、文化傳播等作出部署，例如，鼓勵(lì)中醫(yī)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)用數(shù)字技術(shù)建設(shè)“數(shù)字化傳承工作室”“數(shù)字診室”等，強(qiáng)化中藥質(zhì)量追溯體系平臺(tái)建設(shè)和推廣運(yùn)用，支持建立中醫(yī)藥古籍?dāng)?shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、中醫(yī)藥文物數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、中醫(yī)藥知識(shí)庫(kù)。

重視心理健康和精神衛(wèi)生。促進(jìn)中醫(yī)藥傳承創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。創(chuàng)新醫(yī)防協(xié)同、醫(yī)防融合機(jī)制，健全公共衛(wèi)生體系，提高重大疫情早發(fā)現(xiàn)能力，加強(qiáng)重大疫情防控救治體系和應(yīng)急能力建設(shè)，有效遏制重大傳染性疾病傳播。深入開展健康中國(guó)行動(dòng)和愛國(guó)衛(wèi)生運(yùn)動(dòng)，倡導(dǎo)文明健康生活方式。

We will place importance on mental and psychological health. We will promote the preservation and innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine. We will develop new mechanisms for enhancing collaboration and integration between hospitals and institutions for disease prevention and control. We will also improve the public health system, improve our early warning system for major epidemics, and strengthen the systems for epidemic prevention, control, and treatment as well as our emergency response capacity so as to effectively contain major infectious diseases. We will further advance the Healthy China Initiative and patriotic health campaigns and promote sound, healthy lifestyles.
