中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習近平9月6日下午在主持召開中央全面深化改革委員會第二十七次會議時強調，要健全關鍵核心技術攻關新型舉國體制，全面加強資源節(jié)約工作。

President Xi Jinping stressed improving a new system for mobilizing the resources nationwide to achieve breakthroughs in core technologies in key fields and comprehensively strengthening efforts to conserve resources. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks while presiding over the 27th meeting of the Central Commission for Comprehensively Deepening Reform on Sept. 6.
